Music From the Heart
Wednesdays – 1:30pm to 3:00 pm
Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church, 10066 Yonge Street
Music connects us to identity, history, and emotion in ways words alone cannot. This unique music therapy and choir program in York Region supports people living with memory loss and their care partners—bringing joy, connection, and healing through song.
Our weekly choir grew out of our music therapy program. We come together to share with others the joy of music that is truly from our heart. We have repertoires of music that we perform in Long Term Care, Retirement homes, and Adult Day Programs throughout York Region.
Art From the Heart

Join us for Art from the Heart, an 8-week creative arts program for caregivers and the individuals they support facing cognitive or health changes. This program focuses on the 7 domains of well-being introduced by Dr. Allen Power. We explore identity, connectedness, security, autonomy, meaning, growth, and joy as they relate to the well-being of seniors.
We end our program with a showcase of our groups art work, celebrating health and happiness together in community through art.
Future programs coming soon in Markham!
